Status: Temp to Perm (opportunity to extend or convert to permanent based on business needs)
Schedule: C Crew – Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour + 10% shift differential
Shift ScheduleThis is an alternating bi-weekly schedule.
- Week 1:
Monday / Tuesday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday - Week 2:
Wednesday / Friday (Repeats every two weeks)
- Candidates must be available to work the full 12-hour overnight shift
- Training will occur on day shift for a limited period prior to transition to night shift
- Candidates should live within 45 minutes of the worksite to ensure consistent attendance
The Operator 2, Warehouse Operations role is responsible for moving materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods throughout a plant, office, or warehouse environment. This position uses various material handling equipment, including forklifts, and supports warehouse logistics operations within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role operates in a metrics-driven, quality-focused environment and requires adherence to established operational and safety guidelines.
Essential Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials and finished goods
- Transport materials within plant, warehouse, or sterilization department environments
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory and material movement
- Follow clearly defined SOPs and quality standards
- Complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed operational steps
- Apply basic operational knowledge to logistics and material management processes
- Support manufacturing or warehouse production workflows
- Perform work in accordance with safety and compliance standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Meet productivity and performance metrics
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 0–1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain required licenses, certifications, or training
- Basic skills in material handling, logistics, or operational processes
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
- General computer skills
- Effective communication skills
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English - Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must pass background check (criminal check and at least one employment verification)
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Previous forklift experience
- Industrial or manufacturing experience
- Experience operating in production or warehouse environments
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach
- Push, pull, grasp, and twist
- Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Lift and/or move over 25 pounds
- Climb and balance as needed
- Communicate verbally and hear instructions clearly
