Location: ThornhillOur client is hiring an on-site Administrative & Program Support Coordinator in the sports and recreation services industry. This is a new position.
Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing organization delivering high-quality programs for children and families. The team is energetic, people-focused, and deeply committed to creating positive experiences for participants, parents, and staff. This role will primarily support administrative operations, client communication, and program coordination, while also partnering closely with the marketing team on customer engagement initiatives. The position supports a team member currently on maternity leave, with additional long-term responsibilities as part of a growing team.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for parents and families, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in personDeliver high-quality customer service with a warm, professional, and engaging approachMaintain a strong understanding of all program offerings, schedules, and age groupsSupport sales-related activities including registrations, inquiries, and follow-upsProvide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document organizationMaintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and internal systemsAssist with scheduling, registrations, and coordination of programsCollaborate closely with administrative and marketing teams on day-to-day operationsAssist with event coordination and on-site program support as requiredContribute to special projects and evolving responsibilities as the organization growsThe successful candidate has:
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, childcare, education, or a client-facing roleBilingual fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate comfortably with parents and familiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailA positive, coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and growComfort working in a high-energy, people-facing environmentEnjoys working with children and familiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a flexible scheduleProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systemsAccess to a car is strongly preferred to support on-site and program-related needsCompensation and benefits:
