The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of   Executive Assistant (Legal Affairs Paper Tissue)    . This job is full-time permanent.
Overview:
The Legal Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the VP, Legal and the Legal Department. This role ensures effective coordination, communication, and organization across meetings, reporting, travel, and daily operations.

Your Challenges:
Coordinate and support departmental meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and on-site support.
Act as a liaison with internal Legal stakeholders and executive assistants to ensure timely information flow and alignment.
Support legal reporting and financial processes, including accruals, data collection, document versioning, and submissions.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and legal documentation as requested.
Maintain organized electronic and paper legal files, records, and archives.
Manage travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
Prepare and review expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance prior to approval.
Provide general administrative support as needed to support the Legal Department.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Your Profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as administrative assistant at senior level
Fluently bilingual in French and English, with superior grammar and spelling in both languages
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Ability to learn new software if needed (such as SAP, SharePoint, Concur, etc.)
