POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

This position has been created to support our growth. Acting as assistant to the general manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and providing daily administrative and operational support, as well as leasing support.

ROLE AND

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acting as coordinator for special projects: organizing monthly activities for tenants, etc.
Assist the manager with daily clerical, operational and administrative tasks: letters, forms, procedures, meeting minutes, agenda, training and support in buildings, translation and drafting of documents, etc.
Collaborating with the various stakeholders involved in building activities: operations, marketing, legal, engineering, accounting, human resources, etc.
Conduct research, collect and compile data, complete certain reports and transmit relevant documentation to the people concerned.
Draft specific and general communications for tenants as required by regional directors.

Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads in synergy with the rental agent: updating tracking tools, coordinating requests, telephone and email follow-ups.
Follow up on required files and reports, monitor deadlines, make reminders and obtain information within prescribed time frames.
Participate in assigned special projects
Prepare presentations and conduct analyses to support the team's operations.
Provide administrative and operational support to the leasing agent in her daily activities.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
DEP or DEC in administration, accounting, office administration, or any other combination of studies and relevant experience
Oral and written bilingualism essential
Ability to write documents in French and English
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook software
