Position: Internship: Onboarding Coordinator Role

Support Platuni's enterprise clients as an Onboarding Coordinator intern. This role is pivotal in facilitating demo calls and ensuring clients have a stellar onboarding experience.

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll schedule and conduct demo calls with various stakeholders, including property managers. You'll also host onboarding sessions and assist in creating follow-up resources, playing a key role in client communication and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule demo calls with enterprise clients and partners

• Facilitate onboarding and walkthrough sessions efficiently

• Prepare follow-up emails and resources after each session

• Document client queries and feedback for the team

• Keep organized records of communications and schedules

Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Capable of engaging with professionals comfortably
