Join Indigenous Perspectives Society as a Front Desk Clerk in Langford, BC. This part-time role emphasizes administration, guest relations, and a commitment to Indigenous communities.
As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be vital to our daily operations. With a focus on exceptional organization and effective communication, you'll engage with Indigenous families, Elders, and partners.
Your role supports our mission of fostering understanding of Indigenous perspectives and cultural differences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests at the front desk
• Manage communication with staff and community partners
• Field incoming requests and inquiries
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure a positive first impression for visitors
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Confident and engaging personality
• Passion for Indigenous cultures and communities
• Ability to work part-time, 21 hours weekly
• On-site work required at 664 Grander son Road
Your role will support cultural education and community engagement at Indigenous Perspectives Society in Langford.
