Overview Be the welcoming face at Chandos' Red Deer office as an Office Administrator. This in office role involves managing reception, supporting operations, and enhancing workplace culture. Chandos seeks a proactive Office Administrator to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and manage correspondence and mail delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to maintain office supplies, coordinate events, and assist with employee onboarding while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage calls and inquiries
Maintain a qualified reception area and visitor logs
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
Organize event logistics and internal meetings
Support team building and employee experience initiatives
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required
Three or more years in administration or reception roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
Solid organizational and communication skills needed
Knowledge of office procedures and inventory management required
