Location: Smithville

We are seeking an Accounts Payable & Inventory Coordinator to join our Smithville, ON office. This role is central to ensuring smooth financial and operational processes, supporting both our internal team and our valued customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing accounts payable invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with inventory tracking, ordering, and reconciliation
  • Providing basic bookkeeping and administrative support
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries professionally
  • Assisting customers with general questions and order support
  • Coordinating and updating social media content and basic advertising initiatives
  • Maintaining organized filing systems and documentation
  • Supporting various operational and office tasks as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience processing accounts payable invoices, including entering and coding invoices
  • Experience supporting inventory tracking, ordering, and reconciliation using spreadsheets such as Excel
  • Experience providing basic bookkeeping and administrative or office support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role supporting customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Experience supporting or reporting directly to business ownership or senior leadership
  • Experience coordinating or updating social media content and basic advertising initiatives

Benefits

  • $20-$26/hour based on experience
