Position: Mess Clerk at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services
Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

Join CFMWS as a Mess Clerk supporting military members in Ontario. Deliver expert administration and hospitality services while maintaining operational efficiency across messes.

In the role of Mess Clerk, you will report to the Mess Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of military messes. Key responsibilities include preparing and finalizing documents, responding to inquiries, and managing filing systems. Your administrative expertise will help enhance client interactions and support organizational needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and edit official correspondence and reports

• Respond to telephone, in-person, and electronic inquiries

• Maintain manual and computerized filing systems

• Provide general information to clients and the public

• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• College diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field

• Experience in office administration and bookkeeping

• Strong client focus and communication skills

• Proven teamwork and leadership abilities

• English language proficiency required
