Position: Full-Time Band Office Receptionist
Location: North Island, Sunshine Coast, and Southern Gulf Islands (Whistler)

Serve as the welcoming Receptionist at the Gwa'sala-'Nakwaxda'xw Nations Band Office. This full-time role is vital for creating a supportive atmosphere for community interaction.

As the Receptionist, you will be at the forefront of office operations, ensuring visitors feel comfortable and attended to while handling administrative tasks that uphold office functionality. Your key contributions will enhance communication between departments and provide necessary information and services to the community efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and community members with warmth

• Direct incoming calls and inquiries to relevant departments

• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming

• Provide assistance with scheduling and events

• Handle administrative support tasks like documentation

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of reception or customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools

• Adherence to confidentiality standards expected
