Position: Administrator for Mine Operations at Kidd
Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Ensure seamless mine operations as an Administrator at Kidd Operations. Manage essential clerical tasks and reporting responsibilities to support the Mine Operations Engineer.

This critical role focuses on providing administrative assistance and support within the Mine Operations team. Responsibilities include safety report creation, contractor management, and timesheet/invoice processing. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish Safety Reports for operational safety

• Oversee contractor management for effective operations

• Maintain accurate timesheets and invoices for records

• Provide administrative support to the Operations team

• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts

Requirements:

• Experience in administration or a similar position

• Knowledge of standard office procedures and processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset
