Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)
Drive operational excellence at Kidd Operations as an Administrator. This position supports clerical and mine operations tasks, collaborating closely with both internal and external teams.
As part of the Operations team, you will report directly to the Mine Operations Engineer. Your responsibilities will encompass creating safety reports, managing contractors, and processing timesheets and invoices. Mastery of Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail will help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and distribute Safety Reports regularly
• Manage communications and tasks involved in contractor oversight
• Administer timesheet and invoice workflows
• Offer administrative support to the Operations division
Requirements:
• Experience in administration or a related role required
• Familiarity with office procedures and general practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
