Located at 5420 49th Avenue in Innisfail, Alberta, this temporary role reports to the Feed Division Manager. You will handle customer service, data entry, and inventory tracking, while maintaining vital records for the feed production process. Contribute to multiple departments through collaborative efforts and ensure regulatory compliance in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and digitally

• Maintain accurate records for production and quality control

• Assist in inventory tracking and ingredient reconciliation

• Perform data entry, filing, and sales audits accurately

• Support cross-department collaborations and workflows

Requirements:

• Experience in administrative settings, preferably in agriculture

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality

• Familiarity with the agriculture industry is a plus
