Become an essential part of the team at our North York office as a Full-Time Office Administrator. This role involves managing documents, billing, and client communication effectively.
We are seeking an Office Administrator to maintain essential records and handle accounts. You will answer phone calls, assemble accountant files, and assist the team with various tasks. A proactive attitude and responsibility are crucial, and training will be provided for those willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage company documents and ensure accurate billing
• Answer incoming calls and provide customer service
• Assemble accountant files and email completed financial statements
• Perform simple bookkeeping as needed
• Scan documents and handle email correspondence
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Attention to detail and proactive work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in administrative roles is preferred
• Must hold a valid work permit
