Project Coordinator Summer Internship

Join Infinity Generation Services Inc. this summer as a Project Coordinator Intern. This full-time position in Bowmanville offers a hands-on opportunity to dive into project coordination and construction management.

As a co-op student, you will support the Project Manager with various tasks, from assisting in project scheduling to tracking deliverables. This role includes organizing critical documentation and participating in project meetings, providing you with real-world insights into the project lifecycle and coordination processes while learning crucial project compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help coordinate administrative and project management tasks

• Assist in creating project schedules and meeting documentation

• Organize and maintain project-related files and data

• Support project deliverables tracking and preparation of reports

• Shadow team members to gain deeper insights into project execution

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a degree program related to Engineering or Project Management

• Strong organization and communication abilities

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is essential
