Join Prairie Mountain Health as a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator, where your expertise in scheduling and staffing is essential! This position focuses on efficient staff management and scheduling adjustments.
The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring adequate staffing across various departments. With a foundation in customer service and experience in staff scheduling, you will assist in managing schedules, staff replacements, and necessary time card updates. A Grade 12 education and relevant business training are required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate staff replacements.
• Communicate pertinent changes to departments.
• Consult with managers regarding staffing issues.
• Generate and maintain staff schedules.
• Document all changes in the master schedule.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and business certificate
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• One year of scheduling experience
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft applications
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License
