Work with DECAST as a Receiving Clerk in Utopia, Ontario, on a 20-month maternity leave contract. Manage incoming deliveries efficiently and support administrative processes in purchasing.
This role offers a fully in-office schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In your position, you will process shipment documentation, track deliveries, and assist in resolving discrepancies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all shipment documentation promptly
• Enter data into DECAST’s accounting system
• Track deliveries and verify receipts
• Investigate errors and coordinate returns
• Assist the Purchasing team and related projects
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in a receiving-related role
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capability to work both within a team and independently
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
