Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage police reports and sensitive documents
• Conduct accurate data entry and transcription tasks
• Utilize police records systems such as JUSTIN and CPIC
• Address public inquiries and handle call routing
• Maintain organized filing of court documents
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with relevant coursework
• One year of experience in office administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Keyboarding speed of 55 wpm
• Must obtain enhanced reliability security clearance
