Position: Clerical Receptionist at Interlake-Eastern RHA
Location: North Interlake (Stonewall)

Join the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority as a Clerical Receptionist/Typist. This role is key in providing clerical support and maintaining health records at the Primary Health Care Centre.

As a casual relief Receptionist/Typist, you’ll be the first face visitors see, assisting healthcare staff and ensuring smooth office operations. You need to possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure while upholding confidentiality and respect in a diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as initial contact for the Primary Health Care Centre

• Assist in maintaining and organizing health records

• Provide reliable clerical and reception assistance

• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality

• Complete assigned projects to support team objectives

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent

• Experience in medical office settings preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and medical terminology

• Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
