In this full-time, long-term position, you will manage front desk activities and provide exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will interact with clients and maintain organized operations for the office, showcasing strong organizational skills and a professional appearance. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients as they arrive

• Handle phone calls, emails, and tenant inquiries

• Sort and distribute mail and packages

• Facilitate meeting room bookings and office schedules

• Process payments and assist with office administration

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

• Responsible, organized, and detail-focused
