Star Life Fire & Safety is seeking an organized Service Coordinator to enhance our field operations. In this role, you will schedule technicians, manage service appointments, and ensure work accuracy. Your strong multitasking skills will help maintain high service standards for our industrial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate service and inspection tasks

• Communicate effectively with clients for appointment updates

• Manage client equipment inventory on new contracts

• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules as needed

• Review work orders and inspection reports for accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience in service coordination or related administrative role

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
