Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-desk interactions and patient inquiries

• Ensure accurate coordination of patient intake processes

• Assist with documentation and appointment scheduling

• Collect payments and submit necessary insurance claims

• Provide essential administrative support to the clinic team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; medical training is beneficial

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills needed

• Excellent verbal and written communication
