Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain department files and reports

• Manage mail distribution and processing efficiently

• Attend to phone calls and greet visitors at the front desk

• Provide information and support to visitors and residents

Requirements:

• Experience in a receptionist or similar role is required

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Familiarity with office procedures and basic bookkeeping

• Post-secondary education in a related field is advantageous

• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for residents
