You will play a vital role by attending, drafting, and managing the documentation of Municipal Council meetings. Additionally, you will assist in processing information access requests and provide administrative support during municipal elections and referendums. Relevant legal experience and bilingual proficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and follow up on Council meeting minutes

• Facilitate access to information requests

• Support the organization of elections and referendums

• Collaborate on administrative resolutions with departments

• Translate and review essential legal documents

Requirements:

• Law degree from a recognized institution

• Excellent written and spoken English and French

• At least two years of relevant legal experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Active member of Barreau du Québec
