CNRL Horizon Site Administrator

Position: CNRL Horizon Site Administrator Role
Location: Northeastern Alberta (Fort Chipewyan)

Take a pivotal role as a Site Administrator at CNRL Horizon, starting September 2026 with a 7/7 shift rotation. This position requires expertise in timesheet management and travel coordination.

In this Site Administrator role, you'll be vital to our site's operational efficiency. You will reconcile timesheets, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist in the preparation of essential project documentation. Management of field project files and reports will also be part of your tasks to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and manage internal timesheets

• Submit necessary LEMs for client approval

• Coordinate travel and accommodation for employees

• Assist with project document preparation and filing

• Handle general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• 1-3 years site administrative experience preferred

• Maximo experience considered an asset

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational skills for multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
