Location: Saint-Honoré-de-Shenley
Become a key part of our team as a Full-Time Reception Clerk. This role involves handling customer interactions, payments, and essential administrative tasks.
We seek a Reception Clerk with 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma. As a Reception Clerk, you will engage with clients, manage incoming communications, and maintain accurate records. Fluency in English or French is essential, as is the ability to provide excellent service in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct clients to appropriate areas
• Relay information and manage messages effectively
• Process and send invoices to clients
• Maintain and log relevant work records
• Handle payments and perform data entry
Requirements:
