Job Description- Perform accurate legal research and analysis
- Answer telephones andgreet clients
- Prepares legal documents, including summonses, complaints, and subpoenas
- Interpret laws,rulings, and regulations in legal documents
- Set up, organize, and maintain paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with recognized procedures and standards
- Serves clients and attorneys by developing and monitoring cases and documentation
- Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents
- Create, format,revise and edit legal documents such as wills, deeds, affidavits, complaints, subpoenas andbriefs
- Serves as liaison with technical support staff for office equipment
- Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies
- Prepare and edit correspondence, minutes, letters, memos, presentations and spreadsheets
- Develops cases by interviewing prospective clients and reviewing information
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
- Plan and schedule appointments, conferences, meetings and travel arrangements forlegal staff
- Maintains contact with clients and opposing counsel
- Prepare and process expense reports and reconciliations
- Concludes cases by verifying outstanding balances and preparing settlement documentation
- Builds positive client relationships through effective communication,establishing trust and maintaining confidentiality

Salary: $25.13 - $31.36 per hour
