Join SECURE as a Scale Desk Administrator and enhance operational efficiency at the Saddle Hills Landfill. This role emphasizes customer service while handling varied administrative tasks in a rotating shift schedule.

In the role of Scale Desk Administrator, you will be pivotal in supporting daily operations at the landfill just east of Dawson Creek, BC. Your responsibilities include managing customer interactions and assisting with administrative duties that keep the facility running smoothly. Collaborate with an experienced team dedicated to high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective communication with clients and coworkers

• Assist with daily landfill tracking and ticket entry

• Maintain a professional office environment

• Support the Lead Administrator with month-end tasks

• Provide assistance with safety tracking and administrative documentation

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or GED;
Administration or Accounting diploma preferred

• At least 2 years in an administrative role

• Proficient time management and organization skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Dependable and able to work in a team
