What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our clients relationships, sales and service operations running smoothly while delivering a high standard of customer service and administrative support:
Prepare accurate quotes and invoices for customer orders and service work
Collaborate closely with field technicians and account managers to validate client details and ensure quote accuracy
Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to services, billing, scheduling, and documentation
Support inside sales activities through customer follow-up, order coordination, and accounts administration
Coordinate and support day-to-day branch administrative activities (including Thunder Bay operation)
Manage administrative processes including technical report editing, recordkeeping, and document filing
Maintain a high standard of internal and external customer service in every interaction
Provide ongoing administrative support to Branch and Regional teams as needed
Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies, procedures, and best practices in all activities

What You Bring:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced service, administrative, customer support, or coordination environment
Experience in industrial, construction, trades, or technical service industries is considered an asset
An educational background in business administration, fire protection, construction , or a related field is considered an asset
Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered
Self-motivated, collaborative, and client-focused
Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Criminal Record Check
