- Opportunity Identification: Systematically identify, nurture, and convert potential or confirmed customer leads within the Canadian region for aerial work platform needs.
- Customer Visits: Conduct planned, face-to-face communications to deeply explore customer requirements and demonstrate the value of products and supporting solutions, thereby advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiation and Conversion: Facilitate negotiations on price, configuration, quantity, commercial terms, payment periods, down payment ratios, and delivery schedules. Manage risks and follow through on processes to successfully convert opportunities into orders.
- External Contract Execution: Draft sales contracts (including details on configuration, price, delivery timelines, trade terms, warranty clauses, and payment schedules). Submit contracts for internal review, legal approval, and risk assessment before finalizing and signing with the customer.
- Internal Contract Execution: Based on the external contract and prior negotiations, finalize internal contracts through processes such as contract evaluation, approval workflows, and special pricing requests.
