Take the lead in Revenue Operations at Draganfly, focusing on the integration of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support functions. Your strategic direction will enhance process efficiency and revenue performance.

In this critical managerial role, you will drive the activities of the Revenue Operations team, set priorities, and ensure that high-quality outputs are delivered on time. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll tackle execution challenges and streamline workflows across the organization. Your organizational skills will be key in maintaining CRM accuracy and facilitating proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily activities of the Revenue Operations team

• Oversee sales order execution and deal approvals

• Monitor Hub Spot CMS for data integrity and compliance

• Align campaigns between Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams

• Coordinate RFP submissions to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations

• In-depth knowledge of Hub Spot CRM

• Proven experience in managing sales processes

• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
