Position: Head of Digital Product for ACH

Drive product strategy and development at ACH as Head of Digital Product. Focus on user-centered designs that resonate with the community and align with mental health initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will define and guide the vision for the ACH website and digital content platforms. Your leadership will ensure that product strategies align with ACH’s values, while also managing a talented team dedicated to community empowerment. You will oversee product development from ideation to implementation, ensuring that innovative solutions meet user needs and drive social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a comprehensive vision and roadmap for ACH's digital products

• Align product innovations with mental health awareness objectives

• Identify community and partner-impacting digital opportunities

• Supervise product development stages from conception to launch

• Facilitate collaborative efforts across teams

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of product management and development experience

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills

• Strong commitment to Asian community empowerment

• Background in nonprofits or social initiatives

• Expertise in creative strategy and digital storytelling
