Mariner is looking for a skilled Business Analyst with over five years of corporate experience. You will define configuration specifications, prepare Business Requirements Documents, and collaborate on test plans. Your expertise will also be key in stakeholder facilitation and communicating insights to enhance business efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

• Map current and future state processes cohesively

• Prepare and maintain critical Business Requirements Documents

• Collaborate in developing test plans and cases

• Facilitate sessions to identify process improvement areas

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or related field

• 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience

• CBAP certification or commitment to obtain

• Proven track record in business transformation and process mapping

• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
