Principal Product Manager - Data Insights

As Twilio's Principal Product Manager, you'll lead the development of crucial billing insights from your remote seat in British Columbia. This role focuses on transforming data into valuable insights for customers.

You are responsible for managing the entire billing insights roadmap, focusing on subscription and transaction types. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver innovative products that enhance revenue opportunities while also developing strategic improvement plans as needed. Your ability to manage relationships and drive product specifications will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the roadmap for diverse billing insights and customer types

• Define and deliver product specifications in collaboration with engineering

• Monitor and measure key performance metrics for products

• Prioritize product features and backlog strategically

• Collaborate on feature design with UX and research teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in product management

• Proven track record in data product delivery and revenue activation

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Understanding of major financial services regulations

• Basic technical understanding of software development
