In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with Consultants to architect comprehensive surveys in the Perceptyx platform. Your responsibilities will include analyzing quantitative and qualitative results, synthesizing insights into engaging PowerPoint presentations, and ensuring research deliverables meet high standards. You'll work closely with Program Managers to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure employee surveys in the Perceptyx platform

• Export and structure data for impactful Excel visualizations

• Draft engaging presentations that align with consultant narratives

• Analyze verbatim feedback to summarize key insights

• Conduct quality assurance checks on all outputs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in research or data roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

• Effective communication skills at all levels
