In this role, you’re responsible for managing full lifecycle bids from preparation to submission. With a background in sales or project management and 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will engage across teams to align on strategic RFP initiatives. Your command of Excel and Microsoft Word will enhance the quality and accuracy of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire bid process for RFPs

• Collaborate with teams for effective proposal strategy

• Facilitate meetings to gather insights for submissions

• Analyze compliance and submission requirements

• Coordinate with Contracts team on legal matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management

• Advanced skills in Excel and Office applications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of RFP processes and business acumen
