As a Benefits Management and Change Consultant, revamp the HMP Programme's second tranche for optimized benefits realization.

Your role will focus on performance frameworks and capability evaluations.

This position is crucial for the HMP Programme, demanding expertise in benefits management and change strategies. You will update the Benefits Profile and Realization Plan while developing key performance indicators and ensuring a successful alignment with ESDC standards. Engagement with HR Business Lines DGs is essential for effective presentation of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess change management initiative effectiveness

• Formulate performance measurement and evaluation frameworks

• Embed performance monitoring in development plans

• Oversee performance reporting on change and benefits

• Present findings to stakeholders effectively

Requirements:
