In this crucial position, you will drive customer success strategies while closely collaborating with the Head of Revenue Operations. Your goal is to ensure our team's core Principles, particularly in how we care deeply for our customers, continues to stand out. You will enhance workflows, reporting, and processes to support sustainable growth in the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve Customer Success operations and processes

• Analyze customer metrics such as NRR and health scores

• Enhance onboarding and support touch points for customers

• Drive improvements in KPIs for operational excellence

• Collaborate with internal teams for resource alignment

Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Success or Revenue Operations

• Familiarity with Hub Spot and CRM reporting tools

• Strong data analysis and strategic thinking capabilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
