You will be responsible for ensuring that newly signed dealers transition into active users through enhanced product features and smooth workflows. Your experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment is crucial, as you'll work alongside Customer Success to identify pain points and innovate solutions. Deep customer understanding is vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own growth metrics: activation, time-to-value, feature adoption

• Identify and resolve dealer engagement issues

• Design experiments to boost product adoption effectively

• Collaborate with teams to deliver impactful growth features

• Convert customer feedback into meaningful product insights

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of product management experience

• Customer success or account management background

• Knowledge of B2B2C frameworks highly valuable

• Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction

• Willingness to travel up to 10%
