The position emphasizes research and analysis of opportunities in key sectors like forestry and tourism. You'll work under the Senior Policy Advisor to enhance CCN’s businesses and partnerships, while promoting community employment pathways. Collaborating with both local and government entities is essential to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze development prospects aligned with CCN priorities

• Assist in operational oversight of business entities

• Support the development of new projects and partnerships

• Maintain stakeholder relations for economic initiatives

• Document activities and support funding proposals

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 3–5 years in economic development or related roles

• Proven ability to draft business cases and reports

• In-depth knowledge of Indigenous business practices

• Strong interpersonal skills and community focus
