As a full-time Assistant Alpine Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing ski hill operations and coordinating summer activities. The position requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to managing seasonal staff while adhering to safety standards. Your experience in ski lift operations will be vital for success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ski hill activities and operations

• Supervise and schedule seasonal staff effectively

• Conduct daily safety checks and ensure compliance

• Manage lift maintenance and incident investigations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ski lift operations

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

• Valid First Aid Certification required
