Keolis Hybrid Project Administrator Position

Location: Central Island (Chemainus)

Become a vital part of Keolis as a Hybrid Project Administrator in Cobble Hill, MA. This role focuses on project oversight, financial analysis, and enhancing operational processes.

Keolis is searching for a dedicated Project Administrator with an associate degree or equivalent experience, along with at least two years in financial oversight and reporting.

Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus. In this position, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring the successful execution of Supplemental Work projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage setup and maintenance of project documentation in key systems

• Process vendor invoices and requisitions to ensure accuracy

• Review project expenses and maintain budget compliance

• Quality assurance on labor charging and invoicing procedures

• Analyze processes for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent in transportation-related fields

• Minimum of two years in financial analysis or accounting

• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Share Point

• Familiarity with public transportation contract language

• Effective communication and decision-making skills
