The Opportunity
Mayfield Early Education Brose Street  is currently seeking a passionate Centre Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. You will ensure the smooth running of our well-regarded Centre, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our children & their families.

Qualifications:

Hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.

Valid Blue Card

Current First Aid or CPR Certificate

Child protection Training or willingness to obtain.

Child Safe Standards Knowledge

Red Nose, Food safety training & Sun Smart training or willingness to obtain.

Our successful applicant:

Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.

Demonstrate organisational skills and multitasking ability.

Possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process.

Show a strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards.

Be passionate about achieving the highest quality of education and care for children and families.

Radiate brightness, friendliness, and energy.

Be available to work 38 hours between Monday to Friday - 6.30 am - 6.30 pm.
