Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Implement creative activities to assist with child development
- Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
- Supporting emotional well-being and social development
- Providing age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
- Escorting the child to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities
- Administering medication as directed by parents
- Maintaining daily activity and health records when requested
- Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing play
- Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
While not mandatory, we value:

- Familiarity with Nigerian culture and cuisine
- Support for structured daily routines, including bedtime

Position Requirements
Bachelor,
5+ Years

- Experience with children and caregiving roles is highly desirable
- Background in early childhood education or classroom experience is a plus

- Strong teaching skills and patience when working with diverse populations
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans accurately and adapt to changing needs
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care
