This role offers a full-time split shift schedule, focusing on nurturing children's growth in before and after school programs.

We are looking for an Assistant Educator to join our dynamic team at Rogers PS & Canadian Martyrs CES. Working closely with a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will engage with children during play while ensuring their safety and well-being in a structured environment. This role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and a commitment to effective program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of play-based learning activities

• Assist with children’s daily care needs

• Maintain open communication with parents and staff

• Complete administrative documentation and logs

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background

• Interest in Early Childhood Education principles

• Experience with children in a teaching or caregiving role

• Ability to work split shifts from morning to afternoon

• Capable of performing physical tasks related to child supervision
