Serve as the EarlyON Team Site Leader for Grafton and Colborne, working with YMCA Northumberland. Focus on innovative child and family programs that foster engagement and growth.

As the EarlyON Team Site Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and evaluating EarlyON services as part of a collaborative team. Your leadership will involve fostering partnerships to ensure comprehensive services for families, while upholding educational standards and policies. This role emphasizes teamwork and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and evaluation of EarlyON programming

• Deliver high-quality services reflecting best practices

• Engage parents and children with interactive programs

• Collect and assess data on service effectiveness

• Develop community partnerships for enhanced support

Requirements:

• Membership in College of Early Childhood Educators

• Recent Police Records Check required

• Valid Infant/Child First Aid and CPR certification

• Triple P accreditation needed

• Experience with family-focused social services
