Position: RECE Site Supervisor for Childcare
Location: West Northumberland County (Millbrook)

Lead a childcare environment as an RECE Site Supervisor, fully engaged in maintaining high standards and supporting children's development. This full-time role is designed to enhance educational experiences through diverse programming.

As an RECE Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CCEYA and CCLS requirements while planning targeted activities that meet children’s developmental needs. You will also conduct health checks, manage daily records, and facilitate healthy meal routines to promote children's well-being. Your expertise will support both assistants and children in a structured, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan developmentally appropriate childcare programs

• Maintain accurate health and attendance records

• Support children with daily routines and activities

• Guide assistant teachers according to schedules

• Ensure open communication with parents and staff

Requirements:

• Over 3 years in the childcare industry

• 2 years ECE experience essential

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Dress professionally and communicate well
