Early Learning Centre Supervisor in Sedley

Location: Sedley

Become the Supervisor of the Early Learning Centre in Sedley, where you will lead and inspire educators while providing excellent childcare programming. This full-time, temporary role for one year focuses on mentorship and positive learning environments.

In this position, vehicle your leadership skills to foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include mentoring staff, monitoring compliance with licensing standards, and ensuring a well-organized center. Building relationships with children and families will be vital to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and appropriate childcare programming

• Foster relationships with children and their families

• Mentor and support educators in their daily practices

• Manage staffing and coverage requirements

• Ensure adherence to licensing and center policies

Requirements:

• ECE Level I, II, or III preferred

• Experience in licensed childcare settings

• Leadership experience advantageous

• Current First Aid/CPR-C certification required

• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
