Position: Looked After Children Social Worker Role
Location: Renfrew County and Lanark Highlands Township (Deep River)

Become a crucial part of Liquid Personnel's Looked After Children team in Peterborough as a Social Worker. Focus on ensuring children's placements are safe and supportive.

In this position, you will manage children’s cases under local authority care, developing and reviewing individualized care plans. You'll work closely with schools and health professionals to promote the children’s emotional well-being and stability. Advocacy is key to ensure their voices are heard in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a caseload of children in care

• Develop and maintain individual care plans

• Ensure stability in foster, residential, or kinship care

• Promote access to health and educational services

• Prepare for Looked After Child Reviews

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England

• UK work eligibility

• Full UK driving licence required

• Post-qualification experience in social work

• Degree level qualification or equivalent
