Nanny

I live on a beautiful acreage about 20 minutes west of Saskatoon and I'm looking for a part-time nanny for my 13-year-old autistic son.

My son is an absolute sweetheart. While he is low-verbal, he can articulate his needs well. He can be very cuddly, though he can also get excited and physically boisterous. He's never intentionally hurtful and is very quick to apologize if he does bump into you. He finds change difficult and may be stubborn or grumpy at first, but he warms up quickly with consistency and repetition.

He loves nature, climbing trees, and exploring the outdoors (be prepared for mud, wetness, and bugs!). He is also a movie enthusiast with an incredible memory for titles and production dates. We are looking for someone fun, naturally calm, and low-anxiety who can go with the flow, as he feeds off the moods of those around him.

Ideally looking for 2 or 3 late afternoons/evenings per week, as well as one day on the weekend. But I'm very flexible and would be happy to make adjustments to fit your schedule. Also I'm happy to pay millage as it's outside of the city.
